Ticket refund policy for the festival “CINEMA LOVE”:

• In case of cancellation or postponement of the festival, refunds for purchased tickets will be made within 10 working days from the date of signing the ticket refund application.
• If the event will be held at the scheduled time, tickets will not be refunded.
